Senior Lead, Content Marketing

Reddit is looking for an experienced leader to build and scale our Content Marketing function. You will own the content strategy focused on advertiser acquisition and activation. You'll work cross-functionally with Sales, Global Customer Marketing, Product Marketing, Research, and Operations to develop and promote content across our channels. This leader is data-driven and passionate about B2B content marketing and understands how to align content to performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute full-funnel content strategy to drive advertiser growth.
• Manage content production for a variety of formats: website copy, blog articles, white papers, email nurture campaigns, infographics, and video
• Create and manage content editorial calendar
• Conduct content audits and perform gap analysis
• Develop thought leadership content to drive awareness and trust
• Ensure consistent brand voice, style, and tone across content program
• Onboard and manage vendors for content production as needed
• Track and report on content performance

Requirements

• 5+ yrs. experience in a B2B content marketing role
• Proven B2B content writing and editorial experience
• The ability to balance the art of storytelling with the science of content optimization
• Excellent project and program management skills
• Working knowledge of how content drives SEO performance
• Understands how to align full-funnel B2B content across verticals and personas
• Experience working with global teams to implement content strategy
