Our Growth Marketing team is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to help us build a strategy that will enable us to amplify both company- and user-generated content through various campaigns, across various channels.

What you will do

Leadership:

  • Build and own a high-performing paid performance marketing engine to support the 2022 Pitch growth goals
  • Own parts of the MarTech strategy to support our acquisition needs
  • Breed standards of excellence for our acquisition strategy, creativity, and execution through coaching and capacity building
  • Partner with our creative and content teams to create healthy campaigns and delightful experiences to attract, engage, and ultimately convert our audience

Experimentation:

  • Embrace the testing process to form and validate data-driven hypotheses to accelerate new team acquisition and revenue
  • Own the experimentation roadmap to help inform our acquisition roadmap, creative strategy, and content calendars
  • Partner with marketing and product growth to validate and scale our mix of linear channels and acquisition loops

Modeling:

  • Work within our growth pod to iterate on our growth model and identify growth levers to drive new user growth for different stages of growth and drive the bottom-up development of acquisition goals
  • Partner with user research and analysts to perform quantitative and qualitative research to identify funnel opportunities to influence our acquisition strategy
  • Oversee operational needs as it pertains to acquisition, including budgets/forecasting, ongoing measurement, and insight summaries of channel and campaign performance to steer our channel decisions

Communication:

  • Own insights distillation and sharing, analyses, and synthesized insights with a wide variety of audiences
  • Capture insights from growth experiments successes and failures, and communicate them to the broader team
  • Be the voice of tools, platforms, and tracking needs vis-a-vis marketing, product, and data teams

What you should offer

  • 5+ years of experience across multiple marketing-led acquisition channels, ideally (but not necessarily) gained in Tech/SaaS/Product-Led-Growth environments
  • Proven track record of building channels (ideally Paid Social and Retargeting) and loops from scratch to deliver traffic, new teams, and revenue from acquisition programs
  • Experience owning channel budgets, spend allocation, and forecasting processes
  • A strong, data-driven foundation and awareness around the uses and misuses of attribution modeling, lift studies, and experimentation
  • Comfortable working across a broad set of tools and keep up to date on the latest platforms and trends
  • Strong communication skills, and experience dealing with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Curiosity and understanding of traditional and emerging channels used for driving traffic, acquiring prospects, and converting customers
