We're looking for an experienced and passionate product marketer to help us put a spotlight on Montonio's products. You'll focus on our positioning, understanding customers in our local markets, and the competitive landscape. You'll ensure that our marketing efforts are relevant through scalable and hyper-targeted campaign messaging and sales collateral.

As we expand to new markets and products, you'll get to grow and lead a customer-centric product marketing team.

Examples of what you'll do

  • Dive deep into understanding our target audience, customers, customer journeys, markets, competitors, and the industry
  • Conduct research and collaborate with other teams to develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with our target buyer personas
  • Craft compelling angles and messages on product features across marketing and sales channels (landing pages, ad campaigns, email outreach, etc.)
  • Develop end execute marketing tools and campaigns to support the acquisition of new customers and retention of existing customers
  • Organise internal or external resources for on-demand content creation, including design, copywriting and translations
  • Measure and evaluate projects using relevant KPIs and feedback from existing and future customers

You're a good fit if you

  • Have 4+ years of marketing experience with at least 2 years of experience in product or content marketing
  • Have proven track record of taking ideas to execution
  • Have excellent communication and writing skills in high-level English
  • Have a degree or a solid background in marketing, business development, or in a similar field
  • Possess a proactive attitude and a getting-things-done mindset
  • Are comfortable interviewing and capturing relevant details from any type of personalities
  • Possess strong project management skills: the ability to track to established objectives, manage multiple priorities, and pivot quickly based on the immediate needs of the business
  • Have excellent analytical and creative thinking skills
  • Have great attention to detail and a 'good eye' for texts and visuals
  • Preferably have a background in e-commerce and/or fintech
