Digital Marketing at bloomon

The digital marketing team is responsible for driving sustainable growth in all of the markets we operate in through the execution of innovative, creative and measurable campaigns.

You'll work on campaigns targeting both new and existing customers, working across both our acquisition and retention teams to drive growth across multiple markets, brands and categories.

The wider team works collaboratively with many areas of the business including brand, international, data and product - surfacing crucial insights and data to improve the performance of our campaigns.

What will you do?

We are looking for a Paid Search Manager to join our Digital Marketing team. Working closely with the wider team, you'll play a crucial role in driving customer acquisition and retention across our digital channels. Being really comfortable with data, you'll help identify weak spots in performance and be on the front foot to find improvements using measurable analytics.

This is a phenomenal opportunity for someone who is excited by the idea of working for a fast growth, data-driven business and has a proven track record crafting and optimising paid search campaigns.

You will:

  • Partner and manage external agencies as well as internal teams to launch and optimise paid search (Google & Bing Ads), shopping, app and YT campaigns globally
  • Manage large budgets and bid strategies effectively across multiple territories to ensure targets are met
  • Forecasting and monthly planning of volumes and spends
  • Work closely with the rest of the marketing team (e.g. Paid Social, SEO) and international teams to ensure we are spending efficiently
  • Work with our brand team to launch Brand Lift Studies to increase our Brand Awareness via YouTube
  • Optimise product feeds and processes for Google Shopping/ Performance Max campaigns
  • Analyse data to identify trends, insights and opportunities to improve our performance and grow the business
  • Help ensure tracking is up to date and working correctly
  • Maintain an always on test and learn programme, testing out landing pages/bid strategies etc.
  • Proactively monitor the competitor landscape and propose new campaign ideas as a result of external changes
  • Keep on top of new developments from marketing platforms to make sure we're in a great position for upcoming changes (e.g. sunsetting of 3rd-party cookies) and always making the most of new features

You

  • 3-4 years of experience planning and executing paid search campaigns hands-on
  • Knowledge of video, discovery and app campaigns
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics and Google Merchant Centre
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, confident collaborating with multiple stakeholders and managing expectations
  • Numbers orientated, you are highly analytical and love working with large datasets to surface insights
  • Often taking the initiative to improve things and add value to the wider business
  • Understanding of other digital marketing channels an advantage (SEO, Paid Social, Affiliates)
