We are looking to hire a marketing coordinator with outstanding organizational and time-management skills. As part of the CEU Field Marketing team, you will be responsible for supporting the team (composed of 5 Marketing Managers) from a project management perspective. You will work closely with the different support teams, and be responsible for organizing resources so campaigns can be delivered on time. You will also participate in setting-up marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• General coordination of the campaigns and projects run by the CEU Field Marketing team (project management)
• Coordination with support teams (Localisation, Design, Digital, Content...)
• Support Marketing Managers in setting up marketing campaigns (automation workflows, Salesforce)
• Support with event administration and execution
• General marketing administration

We are looking for a person with:

• Experience in a Marketing Coordinator or Project Management position
• Fluent spoken and written English
• You are currently studying a Bachelor or Master's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Project Management or a related field and willing to work 15-20 hours a week
• Experience with project management tools (preferably Monday.com, Trello ...)
• Experience with a CRM solution (preferably - SFDC) and Marketing Automation (Marketo, Eloqua or ideally, Hubspot)
• Strong project management experience and ability to handle multiple projects at the same time. Preferably previous experience in the SaaS sector (but not exclusive of other sectors)
• Strong organizational & time-management skills, and a pro-active hands-on approach
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work in a cross-functional team environment, balancing local context with global goals
• Additional European languages are desired
