Our leading communications client is looking for a Marketing Ops, Community Experience person to join their team. This role will report to the Community Experience Head of Platform and knowledge share with the core Marketing Operations, Sales Operations and Analytics teams. Additionally, this role will play a critical part in uniting the Developer Network operations and driving the day-to-day work of the team.

As an operations platform Super User, this position will facilitate the day-to-day operational processes within the Developer Network and ensure that they maintain consistent alignment with the company's cross-functional stakeholders. The company are seeking to centralize the day-to-day operational workstreams and empower this role to take their current team-specific processes to the next level.

Job Duties:

  • Evangelize operational excellence within the Developer Network team
  • Complete projects and tasks in Salesforce, Marketo, Instapage, Google Analytics and similar platforms with additional team-specific training provided.
  • Ensure that our operational processes are followed resulting in data integrity across Salesforce, Marketo, Google Analytics and similar platforms
  • Update our team-specific operational processes as needed for continued alignment with the core Marketing Operations team.
  • Liaise with third-party vendors to ensure delivery of landing pages, creation of forms and similar activities
  • Project manage tasks assigned to cross functional internal teams

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years prior experience working within Salesforce either as a user or an administrator
  • Project management experience managing multiple, sometimes conflicting priorities
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to raise important questions or problems
  • Excitement and passion for Operational roles

Desired:

  • Educational mindset and ability to explain sometimes technical concepts to a non-technical or new-to-concept audience
  • 2-3 years prior experience working within Marketo either as a user or administrator
  • Experience with Instapage
  • Experience with and general familiarity of marketing campaign lifecycle
