The role will oversee all marketing for Latam, driving both business goals for the region and helping fulfill its global marketing initiatives. You will work closely with the company's sales team in Latam and marketing leaders.

You will be responsible for and take pride in...
  • Building out's Latam marketing roadmap to market our app analytics and data platform to Latam's most influential companies in the technology, gaming, investment, mobile commerce, and media industries
  • Providing air cover for the Latam Sales team's field activities, driving forward's business objectives in the region, including brand awareness, user growth, lead generation, and new business revenue
  • Communicating's unique value proposition to target companies that dominate the Latam tech landscape
  • Driving externally facing, benefits-oriented messaging that aligns with customer and prospect needs across the region. This includes PR, thought leadership content, customer success stories, webinars, fact sheets, blogs, and sales materials in collaboration with global and regional marketing teams
  • Directing all paid online activities, including SEM, PPC, inbound, social media, and content syndication across the Latam market
  • Creating, managing, and executing multi-channel programs to drive customer acquisition and retention
  • Spearhead the creation of content and creative for campaigns including landing pages, ad copy, banner ads, videos, etc.
  • Analyzing and evaluating campaign impact in collaboration with Demand Generation to inform a better understanding of future content needs
  • Measure campaign performance against the Latam pipeline and revenue goals/KPIs
You should recognize yourself in the following...
  • 5-8 years of marketing experience with mobile apps and/or B2B SaaS technology industry background
  • Native Portuguese speaker with conversational proficiency in English and Spanish
  • Experience in PR across both journalists and agencies
  • Experience leveraging social media and social influencers in Latam
  • Bachelor's degree (MBA is a plus)
  • Clear knowledge, expertise, and passion for the App industry both in Latam and globally. Able to create compelling messaging for app professionals
  • Latam marketing experience and a strong understanding of what works in the local region
  • Ability to drive a high-growth and high-quality lead pipeline through well-engineered content marketing and lead-generation programs
  • Strong record of delivering results and partnering with sales teams to enable them to achieve or exceed quota
  • An entrepreneurial spirit with a can-do positive attitude
  • Natural leader who can effectively communicate a vision and motivate others
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
