What can you tell your friends when they ask you what you do?

I drive customer conversion and increase the efficiency of the marketing-to-sales funnel. I qualify and convert marketing-generated leads through a range of activities. I am involved in all areas of marketing demand generation, prospect, customer, and product marketing email communications.

You will be responsible for and take pride in...
  • Developing a strategic perspective on the prospect journey, from first touch to sales handoff, and a program of marketing automation to match this journey
  • Working with the B2B marketing team to define our account-based marketing strategy to drive opportunities for new business, upsell, cross-sell, and renewals
  • Constructing and optimizing prospect and customer nurture workflows
  • Being a strategic partner to the Revenue Ops Team in building and maintaining database segmentation
  • Work with the Sr. Customer Marketing Manager to develop and manage our Global customer lifecycle onboarding and retention programs (AMER, EMEA, APAC), and use data to identify customer journey gaps and opportunities.
  • Develop and manage lifecycle programs and campaigns, including goals, strategies, and execution. Identify data/insights gaps, and drive measurable incremental growth and/or product engagement to improve customer experiences.
  • Develop a roadmap for testing and analysis of nurture flows and campaigns to continuously make suggestions and improve impact and campaign performance.
  • Partner with Campaign Managers, Product, Content, Customer, and Field Marketing to build go-to-market campaigns.
  • Build playbooks for Customer Success and the Sales team to maximize the impact of Lifecycle campaigns.
  • Act as an advisor on all things Marketo including best practices.
  • Maintain email database, monitoring for opt-outs, data overages, sync errors, forms, and other maintenance activities.
  • Build, measure, and analyze revenue-driving activity, working closely with the wider marketing team to drive transparency around performance.
  • Read out on performance to Marketing and Senior Staff when requested.
You should recognize yourself in the following...
  • 5+ years of experience in CRM/Digital Marketing for a SaaS company
  • Marketo certified, proficient use of Salesforce
  • Good experience with HTML
  • Proficiency in marketing automation best practices
  • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
  • Comfortable with implementing localized projects
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong presentation, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Ability to influence and get the job done across multiple LOBs and teams
  • Proactive mindset with regard to spotting opportunities and acting quickly
  • Strong attention to detail
  • An ability to thrive under tight deadlines
Compensation

$140,000 - $190,000 (base salary)
