Head of Acquisition

The experience we require:

• 7+ years in extremely high-growth companies
• Scaled 7/8-digit budgets in Paid Media, both on Facebook & Google
• Having worked on International Acquisition, with different Business Units
• Extensive knowledge of outbound acquisition (mailing, call, tools, multi-channel, …)

• You are Fluent in English

Other skills that would add value:

• Fluency in German, Dutch or Swedish is a plus
• Excellent knowledge of Hubspot or Salesforce
• Experience in B2B acquisition
• Google or Facebook certifications
• SEO experience
• Proven knowledge of Outreach, Salesloft or equivalent outbound tools (Lemlist, LGM, Reply.io, …)
• Experience scaling acquisition for a marketplace (supply and/or demand side)
• Knowledge of SQL and coding basics (or you'll learn it with us ;) )
• You read blogs, listen to podcast, are part of Outbound communities. You're curious and know that things move fast, so you need to stay on top of what's new in the ecosystem
