You will lead the execution of the global Sales Enablement strategies at the world's leading mobile market SaaS data analytics platform.

We have grown our Sales Enablement and Customer Education teams globally and are looking for a strong leader who will work aggressively to execute best-in-class onboarding, ongoing training, and cross-functional programming.

  • Building and leading an enablement team that supports a global sales team of 100+ reps
  • Collaborating with Sales Leadership, Marketing, and Product to evolve our GTM training curriculum and assets
  • Defining and tracking metrics to measure sales enablement program impact and make recommendations for increasing sales productivity
  • Launching and maintaining sales enablement tools and processes to streamline sales execution and continuous learning
  • Ability to understand and deconstruct technical concepts, products, and platforms
  • Ability to represent complex concepts into a curriculum that sales professionals can absorb and apply
You should recognize yourself in the following...
  • 7+ years of experience working in sales enablement, sales leadership, sales strategy, or similar role with at least 5 of those years leading a Sales Enablement team at a high-growth organization
  • Motivation and self-starter attitude; you are proactive in seeking out opportunities to improve processes and solve problems
  • A collaborative working style and experience working cross-functionally and across multiple regions
  • Strong communication skills that will enable you to be an effective leader in representing the sales enablement and customer education functions
  • Passion for project management and ability to multitask effectively--in this role, you will be balancing competing priorities and multiple overlapping projects
  • The flexibility to work with colleagues globally in different time zones

$190,000 - $224,000 (base salary)
