About the Role

Big Health is seeking a seasoned data-driven, growth-minded demand generation marketer to build and drive our pipeline across employers, health plans, health systems and PBMs.

In your role as Director of Demand Generation, you will deploy creative, scalable and integrated channel marketing campaigns that effectively drive pipeline leads. Acting as a strategic business partner to our sales and business development teams, you will accelerate and optimize pipeline to increase revenue through the creation and execution of ABM marketing strategy. You will craft and execute a marketing plan to achieve KPIs, and ensure delivery of quarterly sales and growth targets.

This is a high-impact position that will require creative acumen, strategic thinking, an analytical mindset, exceptional project management skills, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to drive execution. You understand the true meaning of multi-channel and you use it to drive growth for a category creator, with the runway for growth of pharma (our products are digital pharma).

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and execute demand generation initiatives to drive new leads and nurture our existing database of leads (self-funded employers, health plans, health systems)
  • Improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our marketing automation system (i.e., Hubspot) to better nurture existing accounts and help move them into the pipeline, while maintaining the integrity of our database
  • Develop integrated paid and organic programs that significantly increase the marketing database and overall pipeline (e.g., Google PPC, content marketing, webinars, events)
  • Work with the content marketing and sales teams to develop (write, drive review process, publish) and promote marketing materials to drive awareness, interest, and engagement
  • Refine operational processes and reporting related to demand generation programs to measure effectiveness, performance, and ROI of marketing spend
  • Closely collaborate with Sales and Business Development teams to deliver the most effective, out-of-the-box creative campaigns to increase 10x top of the funnel

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of B2B demand generation marketing experience, preferably in digital health, digital therapeutics, or condition management
  • Deep expertise in best techniques on ABM and Enterprise demand gen experience focused on employers, health plans, and health systems
  • Strong analytical ability, specifically around program measurement and ROI, and program execution skills
  • Knowledge of digital marketing is essential including experience extending field programs to digital marketing tactics for integration and alignment
  • Strong project management skills and experience with superb attention to detail and ability to develop copy and leverage marketing automation and CRM tools
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with popular marketing automation and sales automation systems, particularly Hubspot and Salesforce.com
  • Proven experience in managing the creation of marketing materials: Drip campaigns, nurture campaigns, ABM automation programs, SDR/BDR integrated programs
  • Ability to collaborate with strategic industry partners for events, webinars, and content in a way that adds value to our accounts and exposes Big Health to net new accounts
  • Experience influencing and communicating products to customers, prospects, and sales professionals demonstrated by excellent written (including copywriting and proofreading) and oral communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, highly collaborative and strategic thinker
