Digital Marketing Manager

Digital Marketing Manager Wanted for Remote Position at Foto Marlin Basel Foto Marlin Basel is an established photography business that is currently expanding its online presence. We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our remote team and help us achieve our growth goals. Fluency in German and English language are required for this position. As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across all online channels. You will also collaborate with our creative team to ensure that all digital marketing efforts align with our brand identity and messaging.

Responsibilities: Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns Design, build and maintain our social media presence Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels Optimize SEO and SEM strategies to increase website traffic and conversions Collaborate with our creative team to develop compelling marketing campaigns and content Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, making recommendations for improvement as needed Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, making recommendations for new tools and tactics as appropriate

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on customer acquisition and retention Fluent in German language Strong SEO/SEM experience Demonstrated success developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform marketing strategies Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a remote work environment
