We're seeking an Account-Based Marketing Manager to join our growing Marketing team. You'll manage a portfolio of accounts, with one-to-few and one-to-one account-based marketing strategies aimed at penetrating target accounts, strengthening the sales pipeline, and cultivating our highest-value customers. You will also partner closely with Account Executives to define marketing objectives, KPIs, goals and scope tactics.

To be successful in this role, you appreciate leading the execution of marketing to key accounts from start-to-finish while partnering with Sales, Product Marketing, Demand Generation Marketing, and other key partners. You are passionate about building a marketing playbook that includes account plans and the overall marketing strategy. You will help execute account-personalized tactics in a suite of marketing channels, including websites, email, social media, and advertising. Being able to evaluate and report on the impact of account-based marketing plays in achieving their stated goals will also be key to success.

Our ideal candidate loves to take initiative and is ready for a challenge. Strong communication and writing skills are a must, as are strong project management skills, since you'll be executing go-to-account initiatives from inception through execution. Given the strategic nature of account marketing, you'll also make regular use of your analytical acumen. Finally, you are comfortable using content management systems, email marketing systems, and other digital marketing tools. A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related fields, with at least 5+ years of experience managing B2B marketing tactics.

If you are located in NY, CA, WA or MA, the salary range for this role is $133,000.00 to $180,000.00. For all other locations, the range is $116,000.00 to $157,000.00. As a new hire, your starting salary will likely be between the 25th percentile and the midpoint of the range; however, all offers are based on the successful candidate's experience and qualifications.
