Insurance Compliance Manager

We're looking for an experienced Insurance Compliance Manager to join our Regulatory Compliance team. The ideal candidate will come from a regulated firm and have expertise in key regulations and insurance products. Their role will be focussed on, but not limited to, supporting and providing advice to the business in all regulatory, product and conduct matters related to insurance.

What you'll be doing

• Drafting and validating policies and procedures for our insurance products across Revolut
• Working closely with regional Regulatory Compliance Managers to address any differences in policies and procedures and regional requirements
• Working closely with the product teams to build a product that delivers a great user experience whilst also ensuring we meet regulatory requirements and deliver good outcomes for customers/markets
• Ensuring risk management processes and control frameworks for our insurance product are robust and occur in a timely manner
• Identifying regulatory changes relating to insurance and ensuring these are addressed/implemented in good time
• Liaising with key internal stakeholders (e.g. Legal, Risk, MLRO etc) and external (e.g. Regulators, advisors, vendors, partners etc) stakeholders as required

What you'll need

• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills;
• Fluent in English;
• 4+ years experience in a similar position gained within a regulated firm (insurance broker, fintech or insuretech firm), regulator, or within a professional services firm or similar;
• Strong understanding of UK regulation applicable to the insurance sectors (prudential and/or conduct) including FCA handbook, particularly ICOBS;
• Knowledge of European regulations such as IDD advantageous;
• Ability to manage and deliver against deadlines while working on multiple projects;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Excellent stakeholder management skills Selfstarter and willingness to work in a fast paced environment.
