That is why our founders decided to use their expertise (serial entrepreneurs and former executives of Etsy, A Little Market', and Vestiaire Collective) to serve this industry and build the first online marketplace connecting the most authentic European brands to thousands of independent retailers all over Europe. Ankorstore is redefining retail by simplifying the distribution of brands, inspiring resellers with a carefully selected range, and facilitating exchanges: payment upon delivery for brands, and 60-day payment terms for boutiques. Ankorstore has recently closed a 25€m Series A funding in Nov 2020, led by Index Ventures with GFC, Alven, Aglae.

With our 3,000 brand and 15,000 independent shop partnerships, Ankorstore is available in eight European countries — France, Spain, Austria, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, Switzerland and Luxembourg. And we are planning to expand in 2021, starting with Britain.

Job description

• As Technical Recruiter, your responsibilities include : sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles.
• You will also network to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals and build a world class team.
• Ultimately, you will build a strong tech talent pipeline and help hire and retain skilled employees for our IT positions.
• Contribute to build a world class tech team
• Set-up and manage our recruiting software
• Write and post technical job descriptions
• Source candidates
• Screen the tech resumes
• Perform Pre-screening calls
• Perform candidates Interviews
• Coordinate with IT team leaders to forecast hiring needs
• Edit job offer letters
• Onboard new hires
• Promote company's reputation as a great place to work

Preferred experience

• Strong work experience as a Recruiter in a world class tech company
• Technical expertise that enable you to understand and explain job requirements

Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques
