Job description: Position Overview:

At AMETEK, we are always looking to strengthen our organization by adding the best available talent to our team. We're looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us source, identify, screen, and hire top talent for various roles in our company.

Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, more than 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems, and the ability to devise sourcing strategies for potential applicants. This role requires a candidate with excellent interpersonal skills as you'll often be asked to work closely with others across different departments.

Major Responsibilities:

Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs in different departments
Consult with leaders, hiring managers and human resources team on position descriptions, requisition creation, compensation and sourcing strategies
Create interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position
Source potential candidates through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks
Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
Continuously develop networks/partnerships to actively build database/pipeline of candidates
Recruit and perform talent acquisition activities such as resume & phone screens, candidate interviews, recommend final selection of applicants and close qualified candidates
Create offer letters, maintain applicant tracking system, recruiting reports and other staffing administration functions as needed
Work on special HR projects as needed
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Position Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in human resources management, or similar
3+ years of hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role
3+ years of demonstrated knowledge of various recruiting techniques, and experience in online/social media recruiting
3+ years of proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems

Preferred Requirements:

Proven ability to communicate and effectively "sell" an organization's value proposition
Self-starter with excellent time management, multi-tasking and organizational skills
Ability to liaise with internal departments and develop hiring strategies and profiles
Exceptional ability to screen candidates, compile shortlists and interview candidates
Experience in creating awareness of the company brand and establishing professional relationships with candidates
Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
