Gong is looking for a Talent Acquisition Operations Analyst to help design, build, and measure scalable processes, workflows, and automations that enable our talent acquisition team to support the tremendous growth demands of the business. You have a passion for identifying business challenges and designing highly effective operational solutions, by building, experimenting, and iterating continuously. This team member will be instrumental in enabling our talent team with the best tools and systems and to automate and streamline processes. This is a contract position. Responsibilities

  • Develop customized analytical reports/dashboards to meet requests of external and internal customers leveraging existing technology and resources to provide real time data available to TA leaders
  • Develop Ashby dashboards and provide ad hoc reporting support to TA leaders. Provide first line support and subject matter expertise for our applicant tracking system and third party tools for our global recruiting team and hiring managers
  • Assist with the procurement process and onboarding of recruiting tools
  • Assist with audit and reconciliation of recruiting and people systems as needed
  • Document and organize ATS processes, timelines and scope as part of overall ATS implementation team.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years' experience in Talent Acquisition system administration, data management and/or system analysis in a technology company, with demonstrable experience designing processes and automation from the ground up
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and self-initiative to see project through, problem solve and support complex projects
  • Strong Excel, Tableau, BI skills
  • Experience working with Greenhouse
  • Excellent organization skills; experience managing project plans, meeting deadlines, and proactively raising blockers or risks
  • Passion for continuous iteration and experimentation
