About the role

As a Junior Recruiter, you will be dedicated to bring the best talent to Sofia by managing the end to end recruitment process for the positions you are assigned (mainly sales and ops positions).

What you'll do

• Collaborate with different teams in Sofia to understand their hiring needs
• Candidate sourcing for sales and ops positions
• Create short lists of the best qualified candidates
• Manage the candidate pipeline for sales and ops teams
• Screening interviews for sales and ops teams
• ATS administrative tasks

Requirements

• You are a great fit for this role if
• 1 to 2 years of experience in recruitment (bonus points if you have experience recruiting commercial and ops roles)
• Have experience with job boards and candidate pipeline management
• Experience with ATS management its a plus
