We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our team in Cleveland, OH. The ideal candidate will have experience working with highly technical Software Engineers, Project Manager, Business Analyst, and IT Infrastructure roles for placement in mid-size to Fortune 500 accounts. You will have access to an industry-leading ATS tool and other recruiting tools that combined with your network and sourcing skills offer an excellent career step and income potential!

Qualifications:

5+ years of previous recruiting experience with a staffing company.

Experienced with sourcing techniques for a variety of requirements to include Developers, Engineers, Infrastructure, QA, Analysts, Support Desk, etc.

Experienced working FTE/Perm and staffing roles.

Experience using social media for professional networking and sourcing.

Experience in full life cycle recruiting from source to close.

A desire to build ongoing professional connections with candidates.

Participation in professional associations and groups.

Commitment to building relationships outside business hours.
