We are looking for a Senior Talent Partner to join our Recruiting Family. Reporting to our Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play an integral role in building relationships with hiring teams and creating a memorable and inclusive interview experience all while finding the best talent to join us and keep making Discord the best place to find and build community!

What you'll be doing

• Act as a talent thought partner and subject matter expert by developing relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs to help them meet their hiring goals
• Complete end-to-end ownership of your recruiting pipelines across Discord's different business channels
• Understand how business goals affect the full hiring landscape and anticipate how organizational changes may improve hiring needs
• Educate and coach hiring managers in Discord's employment processes including interview techniques, selection process, and hiring system processes.
• Recruit qualified candidates through sourcing on multiple channels, reviewing incoming applicants, and maintaining a successful offer acceptance rate
• Identify process improvement areas and solutions, share and encourage best practices with the Recruiting, People Ops, and Executive team to ensure every candidate has a positive experience

What you should have

• A commitment to and experience delivering high touch, outstanding service to our candidates and employees
• An openness to learning and incorporating new recruiting strategies and processes
• 5+ years of experience sourcing and recruiting. Preferably in a high-growth environment or a company experiencing transformative change
• A track record sourcing and hiring passive candidates
• A passion for diversity hiring and educating hiring managers on the importance of building a diverse and equitable pipeline
