As a Senior Manager, you will focus on secure administration of all HR Systems, including, but not limited to: Workday HRIS, Lever, Culture Amp, etc. You will be responsible for all business process configurations, testing, and deployment for our HR systems while ensuring data integrity. You are super process-oriented, love to drive change within an organization, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Eventbrite's People Systems & Operations team is dedicated to creating and delivering an exceptional Briteling experience at every stage of the employee lifecycle with efficient and seamless people processes, policies, systems, and programs. THE ROLE
Plans and directs the establishment and ongoing administration of HRIS to support short- and long-range Human Resources goals. Oversees the specification, development and implementation of new or redesigned systems, reports and policies and procedures for internal use. Manages relationships with software and hardware vendors and ensures the development of proper training and documentation for system use and maintenance. Often consults with other divisions or department management in developing company-wide use of HRIS salary planning and reporting functions. Establishes data tables, structures, files, interface requirements and data integrity protocols for ongoing administration. May have a role in the administration and maintenance of electronic performance management systems. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.

YOU WILL

    • Lead complex HRIS projects including configuration, testing and implementation, particularly in the areas of Integrations, Core/Advanced Compensation, Security, Business Process Management, Reports and Dashboards
    • Partner with leaders to develop reporting functionality allowing leaders to easily track key business drivers such as retention, engagement and performance
    • Partner with our internal Compliance team to ensure timely completion of audit requests, data governance activity, and internal audit checks
    • Partner closely with global teams to understand system end user needs to translate into system requirements and documentation of those requirements and solutions
    • Lead and advise the business teams in assessing technology needs, developing and documenting business requirements and functional specifications, developing testing strategies, conducting acceptance testing and implementing solutions

THE SKILL SET

    • 6+ years of progressive functional and technical experience in HR technology with the last 4+ focused on a large-scale HCM (ie Workday HCM)
    • Establishes operational objectives and work plans and delegates to subordinates
    • Develops, modifies and executes policies that affect immediate organization
    • Analyzes situations that require in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives
    • Implements strategic policies when selecting methods and evaluation criteria for obtaining results
    • Ensures adherence to budgets, work plans and performance requirements
    • Erroneous decisions will result in critical delays and may affect overall business activities
    • Interacts with Senior Leaders on matters concerning several functional areas
