Your mission

The Senior HRBP is a key stakeholder for teams, facilitating all HR strategies, fostering leadership success, shaping a positive employee experience, and ensuring the company's talent grows. This includes providing impactful support to our employees along their full life cycle as well as partnering on a daily basis with our managers to leverage central expertise.

You will be responsible for all HR topics on your scope, looking after a growing population of 120 employees and 25+ managers as of today. Your main responsibility will be to drive all people's actions that are required for the teams to succeed in delivering on their roadmap.

You will also be responsible to lead specific programs that will increase BlaBlaCar's ability to attract, retain and engage team members, driving transformation to HRBP practices and advising other HRBPs to ambition the highest level of excellence.

We are seeking an experienced HRPB who can effectively interact with business leaders at all levels, possesses excellent organization and communication skills, demonstrates a solid experience in talent development, and strives in a tech and fast-paced environment. You will report to our Head of Talent Management and will mentor transversally 4 HRBPs partnering with different BU's and countries.

Your responsibilities

    • You will support managers in key steps of their team member experience by coaching, providing guidance on team management and people-related topics
    • You will be an essential relay of internal communication to better involve and align teams, ensuring both top down and bottom up virtuous loop of information
    • You will make sure there is a smooth coordination of HR-related subjects between managers, team members and the central People team: Operations, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Compensation & Benefits, Engagement team
    • You will provide guidance to our managers and team members in understanding, and taking up our policy philosophy, strategy and tools (e.g. hiring, onboarding, levels, performance, compensation & benefits, remote)
    • You will be the reference for the HRBP practice and will transversally mentor HRBPs to operate within an excellent and consistent practice across teams, reaching HRBP KPIs

What makes you a great fit

    • At least 4-5 years of experience as an HRBP in a similar type of international scale-up, with broad knowledge and experience in human resource and talent management, preferably in tech companies
    • You have a strong business acumen and proactively seek opportunities to impact company results by driving successful partnerships and supporting teams
    • Ability to relate to, influence and coach managers and leaders at all levels in the organization
    • A strong ability to diagnose problems both in a qualitative but also data-driven approach, using strategic thinking skills as well as identify and drive appropriate solutions
    • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you're humble, and you enjoy sharing & learning from others especially in an international and multicultural environment
    • You embrace change, are able to take a step back, prioritize, and focus on added-value tasks in complex, multiteam, changing and fast-paced environment
    • Fluency in English
