Summary

We are looking for a strategic and tactical Senior HR Business Partner to work cross functionally across the entire company providing excellence in areas of talent planning, learning advancements, employee relations and people consultative areas.

Role

  • Handle and address all areas of employee relations for the company
  • Lead and help design programatic work corresponding to formal reviews and career development for employees
  • Help the business with all matters related to people changes, including project managing necessary HR system work
  • Partner with hiring managers, Recruiting, Finance and HR for all matters related to people planning and org growth
  • Be a key driver of learning and development initiatives, including owning training programs for the company
  • Own and track metrics corresponding to the internal employee experience, including surveys
  • Work on an international basis helping employees and contractors for Fast all around the globe

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner responsible for organizations at scale
  • Extensive experience serving as a point HRBP for execs responsible for large or growing groups within the company
  • Demonstrated experience with employee relations and familiarity with all aspects of the legal components involved
  • Prior experience project managing or leading annual performance review programs
  • Full range of experience with compensation planning
  • Considerable HRIS experience as applicable for business partner work
