On the Engineering, Product, Design, and Support (EPDS) Recruiting team, you'll lead a thoughtful, collaborative, and motivated team. Each person on your team brings something special to recruiting. You'll find people who champion inclusive sourcing techniques, plan thoughtful closing strategies, or enjoy analyzing recruiting data. No matter the skill, everyone on the team cares about becoming great at recruiting.

We're looking for a recruiting leader who has experience managing a team of recruiters and sourcers. You'll play a key role in setting vision, strategy, and fostering an environment of growth, and collaboration. You'll work along Recruiting and Product leadership to build processes, implement best practices, and shape headcount prioritization

  • Working with executive leadership to build processes, influence, and implement best practices for hiring top talent
  • Using data to guide your decision making, whether it's time saved automating a process or the ROI of delivering a great experience
  • Being a hands-on member of the team, running searches across the business, or helping out on high-impact roles as needed
  • Enabling a culture of continuous learning, feedback, and transparency

What excites us

  • 3+ years of people management experience
  • Several years of technical, product, or design recruiting experience
  • Built and fixed recruiting processes from the ground up
  • Deep knowledge of recruiting processes, key metrics, and what levers will most dramatically improve the efficiency and effectiveness throughout various stages of scaling
  • An analytical mindset, structured thinking, and strong attention to detail
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships with Recruiting and Business leadership
  • Experience working in a high-growth, rapidly changing environments
