What this job can offer you

  • You will be part of a team responsible for creating and curating an Amazing and Excellent Employee Experience, throughout the Employee Lifecycle, from Onboarding to Offboarding.
  • You will be responsible for onboarding all Remote's new hires internally, globally and providing support to all new hires, and creating a warm welcome into our environment.
  • You will be responsible for People Administration which includes but is not limited to gift ordering, creating contractor agreements, creating letters, and systems updates & handling internal conversions and transitions when new entities become available.
  • Supporting the Internal Employee Relocation Process, liaising with employees and the mobility team to ensure that employees have a timely and positive experience.

What you bring

  • Relevant experience in onboarding in a People or HR team or People operations. If you have another type of onboarding experience, this will definitely be considered too
  • Alignment to Remote's Values
  • Exceptionally passionate about creating an amazing experience for Remoters through out the Employee Lifecycle
  • Able to self-enable, self-learn and work to work successfully asynchronously
  • Good understanding of privacy surrounding people data
  • High attention to detail
  • Driven towards reducing manual work-load and help support and enable integrations and automation of tasks
  • Ability to adapt in using applications like Notion, Asana and Juro
  • Ability to adapt to a very fast-paced scaling environment
  • Writes and speaks fluent English
  • It's not required to have experience working remotely, but considered a plus

Bonus:

  • Experience in onboarding new hires across a large amount of countries, is not required but a plus
  • Experience in Coordinating Employee Relocations
