We are looking for an HR Business Partner, Director to be a trusted thought leader and partner with the leadership team to help us scale in line with our mission and operating principles. As well as establish trust with employees, leaders, and teams. You will work with relevant stakeholders to help orchestrate and support people programs and plans that amplify our culture and efficiency as a company, this includes:

We are looking for someone who has experience prioritizing, defining, developing, and rolling out scalable HR solutions that address the needs of the business. You should be comfortable working in organizations with strong values and culture, as well as have proven change management experience and experience in recruiting. Since this role will have a hand in various departments and relationships with leaders, it's important that you can communicate and express your ideas clearly and concisely. A solid desire and ability to improve processes, build relationships, and make Snapdocs better is essential. Leaders will proactively engage in conversations in which you are expected to be solutions-oriented and come to the table with data-driven recommendations to improve performance, retention, and the employee experience.

Our ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of HR experience and at least 6 years in an HRBP role, preferably at a tech startup or fast-paced environment. Thriving in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities and having an unimpeachable level of discretion is of the utmost importance. Superb communication skills and a healthy obsession with using data and metrics to continue to drive results are critical. You should be well versed in FMLA, ADA, and non-exempt hourly guidelines and procedures. If you are located in NY, CA, WA or MA, the salary range for this role is $182,800 to $247,400. For all other locations, the range is $160,000 to $216,400. As a new hire, your starting salary will likely be between the 25th percentile and the midpoint of the range; however, all offers are based on the successful candidate's experience and qualifications.
