Our HR team works closely with management and employees on people-related issues, talent management, employee relations, development, compensation, conflict management, organizational development and more.

We're looking for a HR Generalist to support and guide our people programs across Instabase's North America and EMEA regions. The ideal candidate is one who excels in a high engagement fast paced environment. You will report into the Lead HR Business Partner and partner closely with the HR Business Partner team to provide hands-on support to business leaders on organizational development, advice concerning employee relations, benefits, compensation and more.

What you'll do:

• Provide information and education for all levels of the organization on HR issues
• Support core HR processes (eg, performance calibration, compensation cycle, promotions, immigration, onboarding) in partnership with HR Business Partners
• Collaborate with HR Generalists, Talent Operations, HRIS and other cross-functional team members on developing processes and iterating on existing ones to create greater efficiency
• Handle internal movement and departures working alongside cross functional partners and headcount changes
• Provide support to HRBP's informal and formal employee relations meetings (investigations, disciplinaries etc) as note taker.
• Collaborate with HR team to champion and accelerate a culture in which people feel engaged and inspired to achieve top results
• Run and analyze various types of employee reports to guide decision making and provide proactive solutions to client groups
• Handle internal movement and departures working alongside cross functional partners and headcount changes
• Handle onboarding for new hires and facilitate HR orientation
• Model and reinforce our cultural values!

About you:

• BA/BS degree, with a minimum 2+ years of experience in a Human Resources generalist role
• Experience in a fast-growing environment
• You are an innovative problem solver who is proactive and loves to get things done
• Confidentiality is not an issue for you; you know what, when, and whom you can say things to
• You have the ability to prioritize workload, balance multiple tasks at once, and have solid attention to detail
