RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • The HCM / HRIS Systems Administrator will provide expert knowledge in implementing, maintaining, and overall administration of the Workday platform including HCM, Payroll, Talent, Absence, Time Tracking, Recruiting and Learning. This position will be responsible for maintaining system configuration, security matrix, data audits, and releases of new functionality for Workday. As our Workday expert, this position will be able to respond quickly to complex situations that arise while also making recommendations for improvements along the way. An understanding of HR processes and data is required for this role.
  • Responsible for the administration, maintenance, and support of all Workday systems, including, but not limited to HCM, Payroll, Talent, Absence, Time Tracking, Recruiting and Learning.
  • Maintains global system setup and design, including business processes and reporting; maintains inbound and outbound data interfaces/integrations with banking and multiple third-party systems; researches, analyzes, makes recommendations, and resolves a wide variety of technical system problems.
  • Responsible for the configuration and maintenance of security profiles for all employees across all companies/locations. Works with Information Technology to ensure compliance and related service organizations' security policies and document proper internal security controls.
  • Assist in the management of the EIB process within Workday, perform data loads into the system as needed.
  • Assist with compliance reporting and system monitoring.
  • Manage Workday major releases, identifying impact and enhancement opportunities associated with a new release, and communicating appropriately and as needed.
  • Review and recommend optimization efforts based on system performance
  • Continually monitor the Workday community for updates and changes.
  • Provides technical guidance and training to management, HR, and end-users.
  • Leads and participates in systems testing and upgrade processes; oversees and/or develops test scenarios; analyzes the effectiveness and functionality of new programming to ensure all requirements are met; notifies programming staff of testing problems and required updates to programming.
  • Develops functional configuration for new applications or updates/enhancements to existing applications. Troubleshoots and resolves system performance and application issues. Serve as liaison between business units and Workday technical consultants, as needed

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT(S):Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources or Business administration preferred

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT(S):

  • 5+ years experience administering Workday HCM, Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, etc. in a global environment
  • Project Management and Change Management experience a plus
  • Workday Pro certification preferred
  • Experience implementing and administering SaaS systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skill
  • A team player with an inclination towards collaboration and partnership
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities
