As our next Enterprise Solutions Engineering Recruiter, you will partner with the Leadership team to build out a successful pipeline of the most sought out enterprise solutions/sales engineers on the market. We value creativity, innovation and process. This position will report to the Global Director of Solutions Engineering.

Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process by keeping a strong pipeline and building close relationships with the most sought out talent on the market.
- Develop strong partnerships with the SE Leadership team to collaborate during the hiring process.
- Partner with a team of recruiters to aggressively pipeline a high volume of hires!
- Use many platforms to source diverse talent and actively source passive candidates.
- Master storytelling t to candidates about Verkada.
- Track and document candidate communications in ATS - Lever.
- Have fun and enjoy your contribution to a growing, fast paced company!
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4+ years of full-cycle enterprise recruiting experience required (Solutions Engineers, Solutions Architect, Sales Engineers, etc.)
- Proven top performance within similar industry high preferred.
- Ability to navigate and flourish in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
- Experience managing multiple internal competing priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Commitment to providing an excellent candidate experience!
