We are looking for a Corporate Business Recruiter to help us scale our Sales, Customer Success, Operations, and G&A teams within the United States and Canada. Reporting to our Sr Recruiting Manager, you will collaborate with hiring teams as a strategic partner, own the recruiting process end to end, champion a best-in-class candidate experience, and lead key projects to up-level how we find and recruit talent. You are someone who enjoys having a dynamic set of responsibilities and the runway to innovate, build, and lead.

The Recruiting team at Wonolo partners closely with Leadership to build and execute recruiting strategies that enable growth. As part of this team, you will flex new muscles, whether it is by learning how to recruit for new roles, building new programs, or iterating on existing processes, you can expect high impact. What you'll do:

    • Own the recruiting process end to end, from sourcing to close, for our Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Operations, and Foundation teams
    • Drive innovative sourcing strategies to target passive talent across the US and Canada and build robust candidate pipelines
    • Collaborate with business leaders to prioritize their hiring needs, set expectations, and deploy an efficient interview process and high touch experience for every candidate
    • Leverage recruiting data to identify opportunities for efficiencies within our hiring process
    • Uphold our commitment to representation and inclusion through sourcing efforts and a structured interview process
    • Work with the broader team on various process improvements, programs, and strategic initiatives

Who you are:

    • You demonstrate a substantial commitment to advancing representation and inclusion
    • 2+ years of full-cycle business recruiting experience
    • You embody putting users first and care deeply about providing a memorable experience for candidates and hiring teams
    • You love finding, engaging, and closing passive talent using creative sourcing strategies across a variety of channels
    • You are methodical and able to execute in a quickly growing environment
    • You are a scrappy and creative problem solver, and enjoy finding new ways to improve how we work

Nice to haves:

    • Foundation (G&A) or Go-to-Market (Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, etc) recruiting experience
    • Experience using Lever as an Applicant Tracking System
