Our RevOps Team creates an innovative, vertically integrated approach to connecting strategy, process, analytics and systems across the key Go-to-Market (GTM) teams, reframing the inefficient, siloed approach companies typically operate across Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, CS Ops, and Business Systems. The team leadership has pioneered this approach in previous successful organizations, and team members are excited by dense learning opportunities offered through having an outsized early stage impact on a hyper-growth GTM org coupled with exposure to applying this novel, proven approach of optimizing revenue in a data-driven way.

As a Manager on the RevOps Post-Sales team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of our Professional Services team. To accomplish this, you'll need to build and scale processes and develop an analytical view across a complex and multi-faceted pre- and post-Sale technical delivery landscape. The right candidate will enjoy both instantiating new processes and tuning our existing operations based on a data-driven perspective. You'll work closely with senior leadership and team managers on the ground to ensure you have a full stack understanding of the business and be counted on to drive change within the organization.

What you'll do

The job includes a unique blend of hands-on operations, process design, and strategic thinking. More specifically, you'll:

  • Define and help establish the processes to enable smooth operation & clean handoffs between teams. Feed your "ground truth" observations into the strategic guidance you provide up to senior leadership.
  • Consolidate, drive, and facilitate the Project Pipeline, Status, and Staffing cadences to ensure full operational visibility. Compile and provide data-driven insights on Key Performance Indicators (such as Backlog, Project Status, Resourcing) and other business metrics.
  • Work with Resource Management to forecast staffing needs as well as capacity planning for the future. Help manage and onboard new consultants and partners into the delivery model. Use your observations to influence staffing strategy with regard to regionalization, consultants, and partners.
  • Work with pre-Sales operations to ensure a clean handover of clients into post-Sales. Optimize client intake as we evolve our Go To Market motion and strategy.

About you

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Operations roles across the post-sale journey at high growth B2B software companies
  • Deep ability to effectively communicate to stakeholders at all levels of the organization, from end users to C-level, with excellent written, oral, and presentation skills
  • Proven track record of scoping and project managing initiatives and driving outcomes with both senior leadership and technical stakeholders
  • Experience Professional Services delivery in a B2B SaaS or Technology firm, targeting an enterprise customer base on a global scale
  • Strong full-stack analytical capabilities with the ability to marry process to the data-object model used to measure success. This typically includes business system (Salesforce, FinancialForce, etc.) familiarity, a SQL-mindset, and strong Excel/GSheet skill
