What you'll be doing.

As the Market Lead within our Revenue Operations team, you will be responsible for building partnerships with our Commercial Leads in each of our markets globally.

You will be responsible for Market adoption of our global Revenue Operations initiatives and partnering to ensure that our Market Teams have best in class processes and sales tech to drive their performance for the benefit of their Commercial partners.

Reporting to the Global Director of Revenue Operations you will work with the wider Revenue Operations team on topics throughout the Lead to Support lifecycle.

The role will partner with the Commercial teams focussing on New Partner Acquisition, Account Management and Partner Support. It will involve working with our RevOps subject matter experts in - Lead Strategy and Management; Commercial Compensation and Incentives; Forecasting Planning and Reporting; Training and Enablement as well as having a key role in determining future roadmap for sales tech - think CRM, CPQ, CLM and all manner of other 3 letter acronyms.

This is a key role in our global commercial organisation - we're looking for people that are passionate about building stuff and building lasting partnerships.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience; ideally in a combination of Sales Operations, Revenue Operations and Commercial Excellence or a background in consultancy or strategy or operational roles, including:
  • Operational experience leading and driving operational improvements and/or change management initiatives at scale in a fast-paced, high-growth environment (e.g. Sales/Revenue Operations roles, building Customer Contact Centres)
  • Experience at a top-tier consultancy, or equivalent experience showing a strong track record of problem-solving, project management, change management and business analysis in a variety of contexts
  • A demonstrated track-record of problem solving at speed
  • Highly competent with data and using it to understand problems and identify opportunities/solutions
  • Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to influence others one to one and in wider groups, including interacting with exec level leadership
  • Ability to thrive in a fast pace, high growth business
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft a clear and concise memo starting from an ambiguous problem
  • Ability to prioritise effectively as well as lead multiple project workstreams concurrently and independently
  • A strong people management background in both direct team, and matrix management environments with solid mentoring and coaching experience
  • Experience of building out new teams or specialist groups of SMEs at speed in response to the changing demands of the business
  • Effective presentation skills in terms of speed and quality of output
  • Experience in a similar tech company or tech-driven business
  • Understands Revenue Operations partnership requirements of Sales VP, CRO, Head of Commercial roles
  • A strong understanding of the Prospect to Support / Sales Tech Stack and the operational levers that drive the success of Sales, Account Management and Support teams
  • Excellent modelling skills (incl. advanced Excel and Tableau or similar)
  • Experience of working across geographical and cultural borders
