As an FP&A Leader, you will be joining an organization that supports the business by providing performance visibility and critical insights using rigorous and nuanced analysis. This role will drive our budgeting, forecasting and consolidated reporting processes, focusing on the full company view. This role will also drive the development of Board and investor materials, telling the story of Glossier through key performance indicators and metrics.

6 Month Expectations:

• Drive and own the monthly forecast consolidation process, including revenue, expenses, and cash
• Lead the Annual budget process for the organization
• Generate timely and accurate financial analyses, reports, and presentations for executives
• Create investor materials, including Board presentations and investor requests
• Establish and maintain forecast accuracy KPIs to continuously reduce variation and improve the forecasting process
• Partner with the Accounting team to ensure accurate and timely data
• Drive accountability in the organization while still maintaining trust and effective business relationships
• Become familiar with Glossier's brand, culture, and values

12+ Month Expectations:

• Evolve the company-wide forecast process, highlighting risks and opportunities
• Develop KPIs and analyses to track metrics such as cash flow and working capital management
• Evolve the cash, inventory, working capital, and capital expenditure forecasting processes
• Lead the 3 Year Plan process for the organization driving cross functional buy in to the plan
• Drive automation throughout both the forecasting and reporting processes
• Use internal databases to build key business reports and dashboards that can be leveraged by Senior Management
• Maintain detailed financial models to support both short- and long-term strategic plans
• Contribute to Glossier's success through sponsorship of positive partnerships with staff across the organization

Qualifications

• 10+ years of investment banking, management consulting, FP&A, corporate finance or strategic finance experience
• Strong analytical skills and deep experience building integrated financial models
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Passion for designing and executing nuanced planning processes
• Collaborative business partnership mindset
• Passion for learning and problem solving
• Team player with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and drive to succeed
