Qualifications:
Successful candidates will have: Bachelor's degree in accounting required, masters or advanced degree desirableCPA requiredFifteen (15+) years' experience providing financial statement auditing services in a professional services firm requiredMust have experience with SEC Client base and experience with Form 10-K, Proxy Statement, Form 10-Q, Form 8-K and other SEC filingsDemonstrated management, analytical, organization, interpersonal, project management, communication skillsAbility to lead and supervise others, provide exceptional client service, demonstrate commitment to continuous learning in order to stay current regarding applicable strategies, see the "big picture" as well as the details, display appropriate ethical knowledge and commitment, and exhibit a sense of urgency and commitment to quality and the timely completion of projects
