Accounting & Tax is a global shared service center for the Group covering 8 legal entities (DK, UK, DE, US, LT, AU, NL and IT). We are based in Copenhagen and we have a close collaboration with employees and managers across the 8 offices globally.

As an AR specialist you will be a valuable member of the AR CPH team which today consists of 5 people of different nationalities all with high spirit and who know how to have a lot of fun and still maintain the high quality and get the work done.

In your role, you will:

• Respond to incoming tickets from customers and sales reps
• Call customers to collect payments
• Send reminders and statements
• Support our Sales teams
• Help booking daily payments and reconcile
• Ad hoc tasks

We are looking for people with:

• Ability to work well both independently and in your team
• You are comfortable with juggling many tasks and can keep the overview
• Structured and detail oriented.
• Serviceminded
• Relevant qualifications +1-2 year account receivables experience.
• Strong communication skills in English, written and verbal
• One of the Scandinavian languages will be considered an advantage.

A fun and social team which in total count 35 finance people sitting in the shared service center in Copenhagen, London and New York
