Within the Growth team (17 pax, growing to 42), you will be the right hand of the Head of Growth.

What does that mean?

The Growth Team encompasses Growth Marketing (the whole AARRR funnel), Data Engineering and Business Operations. You will therefore be responsible for overviewing the actions of the whole team, having a strategic position at the core of all our initiatives.

Wait, is this a bullshit internship? Nope.

You will:

  • Manage all roadmaps from the different departments (Acquisition, Repeat, Data Eng, Business Operations)
  • Own new projects that will be key for Ankorstore's growth (we have a lot)
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with our growth teams to push communication on projects
  • Partner with sales, product, tech & product for all global projects

You will make sure the brands are followed upon until they go live and identify all bottlenecks along the way. You will also tackle lead generation on the retailer side to make sure Ankorstore is known in the whole of Europe.

We believe interns can and should have responsibilities (we all started somewhere). This role will therefore bear true responsibilities, such as:

  • Work closely with our Country Managers (x5) on core countries
  • Set up & track team objectives with the Head of Growth
  • Report of the team activity & performance
  • Success in this role leads to a fulltime offer at Ankorstore!

Preferred experience

The experience we require:

  • A first experience in Growth is nice…
  • … but if you're wondering what a scale-up looks like, can't decide between sales, operations, marketing & finance, this is the perfect match. And yes, consulting is boring.

The 3 most important qualities to succeed in this role:

  • You are Fluent in English
  • You are CURIOUS. What's the last podcast you listened to? Tell us about it!
  • You are very analytical (like, really)

Other skills that would add value:

  • Fluency in German, Dutch or Swedish is a plus
  • Fluency in any other european language is also a plus
  • Excellent knowledge of Hubspot or Salesforce (or any CRM)
  • Knowledge of SQL and coding basics (or you'll learn it with us ;) )
  • You read blogs, listen to podcast, are part of Outbound communities. You're curious and know that things move fast, so you need to stay on top of what's new in the ecosystem
