Working Student Learning & Development

Join our passionate and growing Learning & Development team in Berlin and play a vital role in growing a successful, dynamic company! You will be able to gain practical knowledge and experience of modern L&D solutions.

As a L&D Working Student, you will work with our Learning Management System (LMS). You will play an active role in a new project implementing additional L&D tools. You will be able to know all new colleagues by supporting them during their onboarding.

In L&D, our mission is to offer development for all. That's why in this role you will be able to participate in various L&D initiatives offered worldwide in the Raisin group (Berlin, Hamburg, Manchester, NYC, Madrid).

We are looking for a long-term commitment.

Your responsibilities

• Support the coordination of language classes
• Maintain the Learning Management System and external eLearning library
• Participate in new L&D projects e.g. implementing new tools
• Ensure an excellent training experience and take action to continually improve our standards by offering outstanding and exciting solutions
• Together with L&D team, regularly analyze and design comprehensive learning solutions for various stakeholders (Tech, Business) and locations

Your profile

• You are passionate about people development
• You demonstrate very good communication skills
• ? You like to work with PPT and new technologies
• You are a great team-player
• You have an independent and customer-focused working style
• You are fluent in English, as this is the primary language; German language skills are a plus though not mandatory
• You are a student of human resources, education, psychology, pedagogic, communications or similar
