SUMMARY

Reporting to the Head of Global Procurement, the Travel Coordinator will support global business travel for Wizards, guests of Wiz, and new hires to ensure it is as efficient, cost-effective and safe as possible. In addition to day-to-day tasks and support, you will have the opportunity to work on longer-term projects.

We are focused on candidates based on the East Coast of the US.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Handle business travel, assisting team members as needed and addressing emergencies.
  • Serve as point of contact for employees regarding travel issues and escalations.
  • Monitor internal travel forums including Slack channel and email inbox.
  • Provide guidance to employees on travel documents, insurance, and travel restrictions.
  • Assist with reconciliation of invoicing from travel tool or vendors.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for guests of Wiz and new hires.
  • Hold new employee travel/Brex training and hold regular office hours.
  • Monitor all flights, airlines, hotels, visas & cars.
  • Handle business/travel visas according to origin regulations.
  • Monitor monthly agents' invoices.
  • Ensure that updated travel policies, procedures and system changes are communicated to the company in a timely and effective manner.
  • Research new opportunities to improve overall travel efficiency.
  • Assist Global Business Travel Manager on special projects as needed.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • Relevant academic degree.
  • 1-3 years of experience supporting corporate travel services.
  • Proven experience in establishing global travel budget, policies and procedures and negotiation in travel-related partnerships (air, hotel, and car programs).
