Supply Chain Coordinator

**Work Remotely for Fortune 100 company**

The Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for systematic management of equipment sourced by the Order Team.

Overview:
• Utilize Customer Equipment Tracking System (CETS) to manage equipment assets for National accounts and ensure systematic accuracy.
• Communicates with bottler personnel teams to resolve equipment issues/questions.
• Provides administrative support when necessary to drive Certified Center efficiency.
• Processes periodic equipment inventory and enters all assets into CETS Inventory system. Corrects any deficiencies and errors identified during inventory.
• Responsible for ensuring Control and Compliance during asset write-off procedures in CETS and maintaining supporting documentation for required Global Compliance.
• Perform research for quarterly asset search in all available systems
• Provide administrative and systematic support to Order team
• Accountable for locating equipment necessary for Supply Chain manufacturing

Basic Qualifications:
• HS Diploma or Equivalent......Some College a Plus
• Strong organizational skills and proven ability to manage competing priorities.
• Ability to function well in a work-from-home/team environment, display professional maturity and interact with all levels of management.
• Ability to quickly grasp corporate applications and use multiple applications simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and Office
• Show strong attention to detail and communicate effectively with various personnel of the bottler FOBO teams
• Results-oriented with the ability to work independently and complete assignments in a timely manner with limited supervision
• Home office application and infrastructure knowledge required

Preferred Qualifications:
• Strong understanding of corporate systems (e.g. APS, ITL, CETS, SAP)
• Prior Foodservice and/or bottler operations experience.
