About the Role

Instacart's SVS team takes data-driven, customer-first approaches to ensure we are compliant with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding grocery fulfillment. In this role, you will be responsible for executing processes critical to ensuring the Instacart platform complies with these regulatory requirements.

The role will include reviewing real-time transactions to transcribe raw, user-submitted data to databases in our internal administrative system.

About the Team

The Specialized Vendor Service Team is part of Instaart Operations and is focused on scalable solutions for indirect consumer, shopper and retailer support. We enable efficient and effective scaling through operational support, quality assurance, and strategic resource management.

About the Job

  • Execution of repetitive operational tasks while maintaining high attention to detail and having an eye for process improvements
  • Reviewing vendor work product to determine its adherence to expected standards
  • Responding to questions and providing answers to internal-partner chat requests
  • Data entry and occasional additional program-related tasks
  • Data Gathering and organizing to identify trends and make observations
  • Work with vendor partners to execute day-to-day tasks
  • Complete live transaction reviews with a detail-oriented approach

About You

Minimum Qualifications

  • 1+ year(s) professional experience, ideally in a fast-paced office or retail setting
  • Ability to execute consistently with a high degree of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to details
  • Positive attitude and fortitude to work through ever-changing and dynamic operational conditions
  • Ability to multitask, organize, and work with changing priorities
  • Evening, Weekend, and Holiday availability

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficient with Google Sheets/Excel
  • Familiarity with SQL is a plus

For US based candidates, the base pay ranges for a successful candidate are listed below.

$73,000-$81,000 USD

$70,000-$78,000 USD

$68,000-$75,000 USD

All other states
$60,000-$67,000 USD
