Senior DevOps Engineer

At TeleClinic, we aim to be the patients' starting point for all of their healthcare needs by building the leading on-demand platform for online doctor visits.

Millions of Germans already have free access to TeleClinic and we are constantly growing. We are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join to collaborate with the Engineering teams to build and maintain a highly secure and scalable telehealth platform.

In this role, you will:

• Overall manage our infrastructure running on AWS
• Collaborate with the Engineering teams to build and maintain a highly secure, self-sustaining digital health ecosystem and enable them to design and deploy new services
• Monitor the health of our systems and be proactive in addressing any issues
• Ship clear, maintainable and thoughtfully commented (infrastructure) code

What you need to be successful:

• You live and breathe all things DevOps and have 3+ years of demonstrable background in building and maintaining highly secure cloud-based systems and delivery pipelines -- on AWS
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code technologies such as AWS CDK and Terraform/Terragrunt
• Experience with Python-based stacks is a plus
• Logging, monitoring and alerting is an obsession
• Fast thinker and a good decision maker
• The ability to communicate with non-technical team members and explain complex concepts in an easy to understand way
• Highly organized and have the ability to juggle many tasks without losing sight of the highest priority items
• Competent with revision control systems (we use Git)
• CS, engineering degree, or equivalent experience
