DevOps Engineer

The role:

In this role, you'll work collaboratively with the software engineering team to deploy and operate our systems, and help automate and streamline our operations and processes. You will build and maintain tools for deployment, monitoring and operations and troubleshoot and resolve issues in our dev, test and production environments.

• So, what will you be doing?
• Developing/Building IT cloud solutions and environments to meet business requirements.
• Installing, configuring and maintaining cloud solutions as well as management tools/services.
• Assisting in defining DevOps quality guidelines and standards.
• Making sure the adherence to standards, policies and procedures.
• Translating business and technical requirements into load, compliance and security tests.
• Defining cases, test scenarios and executable scripts.
• Developing and implement reusable components, scripts and templates to be able to automatise the deployment of new applications and environments to the cloud

Requirements

• So, what are we looking for?
• You will have proven experience as a DevOps Engineer within a fast paced environment
• You will have good commercial experience working with GCP
• The ability to think outside the box and solve problems
• Excellent knowledge on Kubernetes, and Terraform
• Confident using and applying RESTful and gRPC APIs
• Proven experience working with NoSQL database would be great
• Confident in looking after and maintaining multiple applications at a time
