Technology Enablement IT Manager

Snapdocs is a rapidly growing company backed by investors like Sequoia, Y Combinator, F-Prime and Tiger Global. We're an innovative team taking on the extensive mortgage market, bringing scalable and sophisticated software to a pillar of the US economy that still relies on fax machines and manila envelopes.

We are now looking for an IT Manager who will be responsible for leading a lean and forward-thinking team of experts to help enable our business in meeting its objectives safely and securely, through technology supported by robust processes and procedures.

As the IT Manager you will analyze business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions that enable them to achieve their goals. You will monitor performance of information technology systems/applications to determine cost and efficiency levels, and to make recommendations for improving the IT environment. As control owner, you will maintain a state of readiness in support of compliance and audit requirements. You will help develop IT roadmaps and budget forecasts aligned with organizational strategic objectives. You will help identify and lead the team to automate repeatable processes in order to scale. Over the past years, you have experience leading and managing IT projects and deploying IT infrastructure, applications, and connectivity across various locations and requirement levels. You come from an Information Technology, computer science or information systems educational background or have relevant experience.

An ideal candidate has experience in SaaS application operations and identity management. Experience in managing GSuite, Okta and Apple Technologies like macOS is ideal. Some experience in security operations, managing aspects of EDR, email security, MDM/UEM technologies (i.e., jamf) and alike.
