THE OPPORTUNITY
Lever is seeking a mid-level UX designer to play a key role on our User Experience team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Product Managers and developers to create a structured, intuitive experience for our users. The right candidate will have an eye for clean design, possess superior visual/interaction design skills, and be able to translate high-level requirements into flawless user experiences.

THE OPPORTUNITY
Lever is seeking a mid-level UX designer to play a key role on our User Experience team. The right candidate will have an eye for clean design, possess superior visual/interaction design skills, and be able to translate high-level requirements into flawless user experiences.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience in product design or UX
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, a related field, or equivalent experience
- Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Miro
- Strong interface and interaction design skills
- Expertise in accessibility and usability standards
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate ideas clearly and effectively
- Strong plus: experience with a variety of user research techniques
- Plus: Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, or other collaboration software systems
- Plus: Experience in an Agile development environment
- Online portfolio with case studies showcasing your process
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to gather user requirements
- Create and iterate on wireframes, process flows, and prototypes to communicate interaction and design ideas
- Conceptualize ideas that bring simplicity and ease of use to complex design challenges
- Design end-to-end workflows for high-quality implementation and intuitive user experiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional team to get feedback on product direction, visuals, and experience
- Collaborate with product managers and development teams to create functional and technical specifications
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and team meetings
