What You'll Do

We are looking for a Senior UX Desiger who can create a compelling experience for users and enhance client satisfaction by improving the usability, accessibility, and enjoyment associated with our product in a way that is attractive and convenient for users.

Specific responsibilities:

• Conduct testing to assess user experience and ease of design and use findings to establish best overall design elements to include in UX design experiences
• Create storyboards, user personas, journey maps, etc. to conceptualize designs to convey project plans to senior management
• Produce wireframes, prototypes and pixel-perfect designs while ensuring that branding and technical guidelines are upheld
• Own user experience design lifecycle, from in-field prototype testing, MVP launch and ongoing, versioned iterations.
• Provide UX leadership, guidance and ensuring quality of the team's work
• Work together with Product Managers and Engineering to design features ahead of development
• Conduct field research and usage analysis to plan experience maps and information architecture of features
• Manage multiple projects of varying complexity seamlessly and coordinate across stakeholders and teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Graphic Design, or related field. Continued education and research with UX trends a plus.
• 5+ years relevant experience in UX design
• Specialized knowledge in emotional design
• Strong design aesthetic sensibility demonstrated through portfolio of existing assets
• Track record of taking software and creating intuitive and pleasurable experiences for users
• Financial knowledge or an ability to understand financial systems
• Proficient with visual design programs and software design tools like Figma
• Ability and autonomy in understanding a product deeply, understanding how clients are using it and are expected to use it, and optimize the client's experience
• Strong understanding of design systems and front-end architecture
• Experience creating storyboards and website mapping
