Your Role

Design is crucial at topi. As a Product Designer you will be part of important product decisions and you will have the chance to shape our product from its early days - always putting the customer first. While we think a best-in-class digital check-out is table stakes for a payment solution, there will be much more for a designer than just that. Apply and we will tell you all about it.

• Understanding the customers - make sure we know the customers' needs and get their feedback on what we do.
• Embracing uncertainty - cope with a changing and ambiguous environment, adapting your process pragmatically.
• Getting to work as a team - build strong cross-functional relationships, align on what to do, why, and when. Help remove blockers and communicate progress to the wider company.
• Delivering and improving - join in on a constant process of learning by getting things done, measuring impact and making them better.

What we are looking for

• You have experience of UX & UI experience and a portfolio showcasing exceptional design work for web
• You are comfortable across the entire design process, from research to delivery
• You are able to articulate your design decisions effectively
• You base your design decisions on data (when this is possible) and are outcome-oriented
• You focus on problems and are able to turn them into opportunities, always advocating for our customers
• You have designed and launched products from scratch
• You are confident with Figma
• You are based anywhere in the EU or in the UK
