In less than 1,5 years, Ankorstore is present in 23+ countries across Europe and has local offices in France, Germany, United Kingdom, the Netherlands and Sweden.

Ankorstore, part of the renowned FrenchTech 120, has asserted itself as an innovative growth lever for the retail sector with three fundraising events in just two years: 6 million euros in December 2019, 25 million in December 2020 and 84 million in May 2021.

About your role:

In this role you will be responsible for the creative excellence of communication from the conception to delivery. You will be responsible for creating the beautiful top quality design of the Ankorstore brand across all the touchpoints, including website, social media, emails, marketing campaigns and UI elements of the platform.

On top of the Design Excellence, we are searching for passion to always find solutions which scale across multiple markets and a deep understanding of tech products. You will be working primarily in Figma, and your main stakeholders will be Marketing, Website Product and CRM teams.

• You are an experienced brand designer that translates the brand goals in strategic design concepts that drive forward.
• Thanks to your knowledge and experience in digital branding you'll empower your brand identities rooted in brand strategy.
• Your creative ability reaches further than a logo, you create holistic brand systems that live across and adapt to different kinds of media.
• You're a highly conceptual designer, who inherently pushes creative boundaries, is willing to experiment, takes risks to make an impact, but also understands how things fit in the bigger commercial picture
• You have the ability to present and defend ideas, give and get constructive feedback.

What we are looking for:

• 5+ years of experience working for consumer-facing brands, across multiple markets.
• Solid experience working on marketing projects: large campaigns as well as day-to-day communication, in tech products and UX team.
• Expert knowledge of Figma, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop - Background with Motion would be a huge advantage.
• Oversee design projects, from conception to delivery, taking a proactive role to liaise with all key project team members and to inform creative director of project developments
• Have excellent presentation skills and the ability to verbalise ideas.
• Fluent in English
