As the VP of Business Systems, you will spearhead our company's IT strategy, overseeing its implementation and ongoing operations. This pivotal role entails driving the development and execution of technology solutions that seamlessly align with our business objectives. We seek a visionary leader with a robust background in IT management, strategic planning, and a proven track record in implementing transformative technologies, all while fostering collaboration across diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the company's IT strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
• Manage the IT budget effectively, optimizing resource allocation for maximum impact.
• Collaborate with various departments to identify and implement technology solutions that address their specific needs.
• Evaluate and select technology solutions that best meet the company's evolving requirements.
• Foster and manage relationships with technology vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring adherence to service level agreement
• Lead large-scale digital transformation initiatives, overseeing strategy development through to successful implementation
• Drive innovation and efficiency by leveraging the latest technological advancements.
• Ensure robust security measures and data protection protocols are in place within IT systems.
• Maintain compliance with relevant local regulations governing IT operations.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing the deployment and integration of complex technology systems at an enterprise scale.
• Extensive knowledge of IT systems, including messaging, collaboration, project management, and HRIS and finance systems.
• Strong people and project management skills, with a focus on supporting SaaS applications and global, remote users.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing IT strategies that drive business growth and efficiency.
