As part of our Talent Sourcing Pilot Program, we are seeking a talented Talent Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team. The Talent Sourcer will play a key role in identifying and attracting top talent to join our team. They will be responsible for conducting research and identifying potential candidates using various methods and platforms, building high-quality lists of passive talent, and developing robust sourcing strategies on an ongoing basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct research and identify potential candidates using various methods and platforms, including Apollo.io, social media and employee referrals and networks for niche, hard-to-fill roles.

Build candidate lists of top talent for recruiters and hiring managers to reach out to.

Actively outreach to potential candidates for niche roles using SOBO.

Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to identify key candidate profiles that align with the company's needs.

Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs.

Craft email messaging to help us reach the right candidates and increase open, reply, and interest rates.

Build robust talent mapping at top companies to help us target the right talent at the right companies.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in sourcing/recruiting technical talent.

Proven experience using social media, job boards, and other recruitment tools to identify potential candidates.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Strong organizational and time management skills.
