Senior Business Systems Analyst

The Workday Business System Analyst will be the lead for day-to-day operations of the Workday Procurement, Payables & Expense Management. In this role, you will work closely with Business users including Procurement, Financial Accounting and Information Technology to develop and execute features that will drive satisfaction and product adoption. This position will have responsibility to recommend and implement business processes, reporting, dashboards, integrations, and configurations that enable Workday to maximize organizational and business performance. The candidate must be organized and analytical, adept at working in a team environment, able to follow and implement a project schedule, have a continuous improvement mindset and be capable of handling multiple priorities concurrently. We are looking for candidates who are excellent communicators, as well as self-starting and energetic.

What you'll do:

• Workday Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Analyst will be responsible for the improvement, execution and deployment of Workday Enhancements
• Procurement, Supply chain, Expenses and Settlement applications
• This role will have demonstratable expertise in deployment of Workday applications
• This person provides advisory to business on strategies, options, and risks, and recommend varied approaches to meet business goals in the P2P area
• Acts as the P2P Subject Matter Expert (SME) with focus on Process improvement along with industry knowledge, and applications in the following focus areas: Procurement, Account Payable, Cash & Settlement, T&E Expenses and financial systems optimization
• Responsible for managing the tickets related to P2P, Expenses & Banking.
• Responsibilities include identification, obtainment and processing of critical data (e.g. benchmarks) to challenge the status quo through innovative thought leadership in the application of standard industry practice solutions for high performing procurement functions
• Diagnose, document and resolve complex P2P issues from a functional, administrative and operational perspective
• Review and map P2P business processes
• Review business processes and advise business on system services available within the Workday application

What you'll need:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology or related field
• Experience: 10+ years of Work experience with at least 5 years of experience in Workday Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Systems
• High level of customer service, collaboration and consensus building skills while working with internal clients and/or stakeholders
• Workday P2P & Expense Management domain knowledge and experience
• Proactive problem solving skills
• Business and system analysis skills
• Technology aptitude and learning ability
• High level of accountability and ability to work independently
